In partnership with Waverly Custom Homes and Interior Decorator Far Studios, DCP served as the lead designer for any space in this home with cabinetry. We design for contemporary homes fitting the client’s needs and desires. Featured is a big open contemporary kitchen with DCP’s infamous custom cabinetry, built-ins, living room and dining room. There is a consistent design flow between the rooms that aligns with the aesthetic of the entire house.
Traditional modern kitchen remodel with multiple sinks, expansive island, complimentary stools, lighting and bar fit for serving large gatherings. Fits homeowners style allowing for flow from kitchen to living room. Design Concept Plus considers the whole house even if we are only remodeling one or two rooms.
The exterior of The Classic Castle compliments the grand estates of the area while paying special attention to ornate details including the exterior arch shaped entryway of the castle tower and the crushed granite wallpaper of the entryway. We designed and chose everything from the custom made cabinetry, custom millwork, flooring, spiral stairwell railing, light fixtures, fabrics, window treatments, and more.
A total house restoration and renovation of a farmhouse in Oxford Pennsylvania. DCP designers mindfully maintain the original character of the colonial house from 1746 while upgrading the functionality and amenities for the twenty-first century.
A multi-space modern renovation in Villanova. Design Concepts Plus was responsible for designing and building a modern kitchen complete with custom cabinetry, dining room, and powder room. We collaborated with Interior Decorator Lori Shinal in designing the spaces.
