We provide total house renovation from concept to completion. Depending on the project, we serve as both the architectural designer and general contractor. When serving as a general contractor on projects we ensure all collaborators work efficiently with the client’s best interest and vision in mind. In renovating an entire house, we consider all aspects of construction, design and decor. We ensure client’s satisfaction through consistent communication with homeowners, our partners in construction and internally with our design team which is especially important on a larger project.

We used Merrie Fredericks of Design Concepts Plus for a large renovation of our home involving our kitchen, mudroom, two bathrooms, dining room, full basement and home gym (probably over 40% of our home overall). It is no exaggeration to say we could not be more pleased with the result.
